Palautusoikeus

Kuluttajalla on kuluttajasuojalain mukainen oikeus peruuttaa tilauksensa tai osa siitä neljäntoista (14) vuorokauden kuluessa tuotteen vastaanottamisesta. Palautusoikeus ei koske tavaraa, joka valmistetaan tai jota muunnellaan tilaajan toivomusten mukaisesti.

Palautusoikeuden käyttämiseksi asiakkaan on ilmoitettava meille:

päätöksestänne palauttaa tilaus tai osa siitä yksiselitteisellä tavalla (esimerkiksi kirjeellä postitse tai sähköpostilla).

Jos palautatte tilauksenne tai osan siitä, palautamme teille kaikki teiltä kyseisestä tuotteesta/tuotteista saamamme suoritukset, lukuunottamatta edullisimman toimitustapamme ylittävää summaa, viivytyksettä ja joka tapauksessa viimeistään 14 päivän kuluttua peruuttamisilmoituksen saatuamme. Teille ei aiheudu suoritusten palauttamisesta kustannuksia. Voimme pidättyä maksujen palautuksesta, kunnes olemme saaneet tavaran takaisin tai kunnes olette osoittaneett lähettäneenne tavaran takaisin.

Teidän on lähetettävä tavarat takaisin tai luovutettava ne meille viivytyksettä ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluttua lähetyksen vastaanottamisesta. Määräaikaa on noudatettu, jos lähetätte tavarat takaisin ennen kyseisen 14 päivän määräajan päättymistä. Palautus on lähetettävä asiakaspalvelusta saamanne ohjeistuksen mukaisesti. Emme vastaa palautuksesta aiheutuvista kustannuksista. Voitte palauttaa tuotteet myös toimipisteeseemme. Palautusosoitteen ja tarkemmat palautusohjeet saatte asiakaspalvelustamme peruuttamisilmoituksen tekemisen jälkeen.

Tuotteen palautusoikeus on aina tuotekohtainen, eikä esimerkiksi toisen tuotteen toimituksen myöhästyminen pidennä kyseisen tuotteen palautusaikaa.

Palautuksessa tuotteiden tulee aina olla:

Täysin uutta vastaavassa kunnossa.
Alkuperäisessä pakkauksessaan, hyvin pakattuina ilman merkintöjä.
Mukana tulee olla kopio ostokuitista ja mielellään palautuslomake/sen kopio täytettynä.
Mahdollinen kaupanpäällisenä saatu tuote on peruutus-/palautustilanteessa myös palautettava. Mikäli tuote on jo otettu käyttöön, veloitetaan asiakkaalta sen arvoa vastaava summa.

Tilaaja on vastuussa sellaisesta tavaroiden arvon alentumisesta, joka on seurausta muusta kuin tavaroiden luonteen, ominaisuuksien ja toimivuuden toteamiseksi tarvittavasta käsittelystä. River Solutions Oy:llä on oikeus periä asiakkaalta kulut arvon alentumisesta.

River Solutions ei lunasta palautuksia, jos ne toimitetaan muutoin kuin on ohjeistettu.

Mikäli palautettu tuote on puutteellisesti pakattu tai se ei muuten noudata kyseisiä palautusehtoja, River Solutions lähettää tuotteen takaisin asiakkaan kustannuksella tai vaatii asiakkaalta korvauksen tuotteen arvon alentumisesta.

Tuotetietovirheen takia tehtävä palautus on asiakkaalta maksuton, ehtona tälle on asiakkaan velvollisuus ilmoittaa virheestä kohtuullisessa ajassa virheen havaitsemisesta.

Right of Return

The consumer has the right, under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, to cancel an order or part of it within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product. The right of return does not apply to goods that are manufactured or customized according to the customer’s specific wishes.

To exercise the right of return, the customer must notify us of the decision to cancel the order or part of it in an unambiguous manner (for example, by letter or email) at:

If you return your order or part of it, we will refund all payments received from you for the product(s), excluding any delivery costs exceeding our most economical standard delivery option, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of having sent the goods back.

You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date you received the shipment. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired. Returns must be sent in accordance with the instructions provided by our customer service. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Products may also be returned directly to our office. The exact return address and detailed instructions will be provided by our customer service once a cancellation notice has been made.

The right of return is always product-specific, and the delay of another product’s delivery does not extend the return period for a different product.

Returned products must always be:

In completely new and unused condition.
In their original packaging, properly packed, without any markings.
Accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt and preferably a completed return form or its copy.

Any free gift included with the order must also be returned in the event of a cancellation/return. If the product has already been used, we will charge the customer an amount corresponding to its reduction in value.

The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. River Solutions Oy has the right to charge the customer for the costs resulting from such depreciation.

River Solutions will not redeem returns if they are delivered in a manner other than instructed. If a returned product is inadequately packaged or otherwise fails to meet these return conditions, River Solutions will either send the product back to the customer at the customer’s expense or charge compensation for the reduction in the product’s value.

Returns due to product defects are free of charge for the customer, provided that the customer notifies us of the defect within a reasonable time after discovering it.
